1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Contact form and e-mail: name, e-mail address, phone number, company, subject and the content of your message.
• Clients and suppliers: contact details of contact persons and data needed for offers, contracts, invoices and payments.
• Website visits: technical data such as IP address and browser type recorded by the web server for security, and anonymous visit statistics without cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
• Website chat: the content of your messages and any contact details you enter in the chat. Replies in the chat are generated by an AI assistant; you can always ask to be contacted by a person.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer – steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Performing the contract and providing our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Issuing invoices, bookkeeping and other legal obligations under Croatian accounting and tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Website security, functionality and anonymous visit statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest); optional cookies (live chat, visit source) only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

• Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Contracts, invoices and accounting documents: for the periods prescribed by law (accounting documents up to 11 years).
• Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.

5. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a contract, and with public authorities when required by law:

• Odoo S.A. (Belgium) – business software and website hosting;
• OpenAI, through Odoo S.A. – generating the AI assistant's replies in the website chat;
• Plausible Analytics, provided through Odoo S.A. – anonymous website visit statistics without cookies;
• Google Ireland Limited – protecting the contact and offer request forms from spam (reCAPTCHA);
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd – e-mail and office tools;
• Elektronički računi d.o.o. (moj-eRačun) – sending and receiving e-invoices;
• our bank and the Tax Administration – payments, fiscalisation and tax reporting.

Data is processed within the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside it, this is done with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to info@makeitpro.hr; we will reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
