Frequently asked questions
How much does IT maintenance cost?
Packages start at €20 per computer per month (BASIC, min. 5 computers). STANDARD is €32 and PREMIUM €42 per computer (min. 10 computers). Network maintenance starts at €30 per location and server maintenance at €50 per server. The calculator gives you the exact price in a minute.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. MakeIT Pro is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The final price is confirmed in the offer.
How fast do you respond?
BASIC within 8 working hours, STANDARD within 4 working hours and PREMIUM within 2 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00; urgent interventions are handled according to the maintenance contract.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Most issues are solved remotely, straight away. We come on site when needed – in Slavonski Brod and the surrounding area, and by arrangement anywhere in Croatia. Remote support is also available across the EU.
What does maintenance include?
Depending on the package: operating system and security updates, remote support, diagnostics and troubleshooting, active monitoring, user administration, preventive maintenance and regular reports. The full list for each package is shown above.
Can backup and security be added?
Yes. Veeam backup, Microsoft 365 administration and Sophos protection can be added to any package. The price is on request and depends on the number of devices.
